The new Audi A3 Sportback e-tron can travel up to 50 kilometres purely electric – far enough for many journeys. And on longer trips, the car uses the petrol engine and electric motor together. The Audi A3 Sportback e-tron charges via a connector that lies behind the four rings. `The Audi A3 Sportback e-tron can be charged up in 2.5 hours using a public charging pillar, keeping it mobile in purely electrical mode and thereby producing no local emissions.

The Audi Q7 e-tron quattro breaks the mold, introducing the world's first e-tron with a plug-in hybrid drive in combination with TDI and quattro in series. It's a premiere which looks the part, thanks to its characteristic e-tron LED lighting signature in the air intakes, identifying it at a glance. This is a vehicle for anyone who plans to do things.

Thanks to the e-tron powertrain, the Audi Q7 e-tron quattro 1 is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds, and achieves a combined combustion of 1.9-1.8 liters of diesel per 100 km.a

COMING SOON: Audi e-tron SUV

The sporty SUV combines the space and comfort of a typical luxury car with a range suitable for everyday use. Until the start of series production at the end of 2018, almost 250 development vehicles will complete testing under extreme conditions worldwide. Audi is currently testing the pre-series vehicles for customer-focused operation in all climate zones ranging from below -20 to above +50 degrees Celsius (-4° to +122° F). In addition, intensive tests of the charging technology are being conducted worldwide – an important safeguarding criterion for battery-electric models. The individual charging standards are tested on proving grounds and in public areas to validate the full range of different charging options. In total, just under 250 Audi e-tron prototypes are used in the tests. They will cover more than five million kilometers (3,106,856 mi) – roughly equivalent to 125 times around the earth and 85,000 hours on the road.
