Audi has unveiled updates to the A7 and S7, improving the styling, the powertrains and the internal technology. Upgrades to the S7 in particular include the addition of a Singleframe grille, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and updated exhausts.
The primary update to the exterior is the inclusion of LED technology across the range. These give motorists the option of Matrix Beam LED headlights with dynamic turn signals - these maximise visibility and reduce glare for drivers in oncoming cars.
The interior options introduce five new colour schemes, as well as new materials to upgrade the cabin including aluminium and Beaufort walnut trims and Valcona leather for the upholstery. Infotainment is provided through the top-of-the-range MMI Navigation Plus with MMI Touch system, which features a Nvidia graphics processing chip and LTE high-speed internet connectivity.
The range will give motorists the option to choose between two petrol and three diesel engines for the A7, lending the car capability and strength of up to 328bhp. The S7 comes with a TFSI petrol engine, and can achieve up to 444bhp. The range also offers the option of a revised 3.0-litre V6 TDI, which can produce 218bhp. The A7 and S7 both feature newly-developed lightweight braking systems, and the vehicle weight has also decreased through the integration of an aluminium and steel chassis.
